When it comes to enjoying a day at the beach, having the right towel can make all the difference. But with so many options available, how do you know which one to choose? Here are some key features to look for in a quality beach towel:
1. Absorbency
One of the most important factors to consider when selecting a beach towel is its absorbency. A good beach towel should quickly absorb water (not smear it, as most of your towels do!) and help you dry off efficiently after a swim. Known for its high absorbency, only cotton will softly dry you as a natural fiber. The towel itself, being super light, will dry in a snap.
2. Size
The towel's size is also crucial. A larger towel will provide more coverage and comfort when lounging on the sand. Our lightweight Fouta towels are 38" x 78", bigger than regular Turkish towels!
3. Durability
Since beach towels are exposed to the sun, sand, and saltwater, it's essential to choose a durable, long-lasting towel. Look for towels with strong, tightly woven fibers that can withstand frequent use and washing without losing their quality. No fading in the sun is crucial in our Sunny Florida! Seamless, our towels are meant to last for decades.

I purchased a number of your beach towels before the hurricane while visiting Sanibel. I have misplaced the washing instructions. I seem to recall that I’m supposed to soak towels in salt water before their first regular washing to set the dye. Can you please send me the instructions?
Many thanks,
