Return Policy
At The Fouta Spa, every fouta is crafted on traditional Tunisian looms — made with care, not mass-produced. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right when something goes wrong.
Our Commitment
We gladly accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong color. However, because we are a small artisan brand — not a mass retailer — we are unable to accommodate returns for items purchased speculatively or in excess.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused and unwashed, in original condition
- All original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been washed or used
- Items missing original tags
- Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly — no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at isabelle@thefoutaspa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different color or size, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange before shipping your item back.
